How vendor payouts work
When and how you get paid, payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and supported countries.
Vendor earnings are processed through Stripe Connect. Payouts are automatic and require no manual action once your Stripe account is verified.
Payout schedule
Payouts are issued weekly, every Monday, for all earnings from the previous week. The minimum payout threshold is €10. If your balance is below €10, it rolls over to the next week.
Earnings calculation
Your earning per sale is the product sale price minus the Creattus platform fee. The fee varies by your vendor tier:

Payout methods
Payouts go to the bank account or debit card linked to your Stripe account. Stripe supports payouts to 40+ countries. The currency depends on your Stripe account country.
Tracking your earnings
- 1Open your vendor studio.
- 2Go to Earnings to see your balance, pending payouts, and full payout history.
- 3Each transaction shows the product sold, the sale price, the platform fee, and your net earning.
Note: Payouts are paused if your Stripe account is restricted or your vendor account is under review. Resolve any Stripe issues promptly to avoid delays.
