How to become a vendor
Apply for a vendor account, complete your profile, and connect Stripe to receive payments.
Selling on Creattus is free to start. There are no listing fees — Creattus takes a percentage only when you make a sale.
Apply for a vendor account
- 1Sign in to your Creattus account.
- 2Go to My account → Become a vendor (or visit /vendor/apply).
- 3Fill in your vendor display name, headline, biography, and website (optional).
- 4Submit the application. Our team reviews it within 1–3 business days.
- 5You will receive an email when your application is approved.
Connect Stripe for payouts
Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. You must connect your Stripe account before your products can be published.
- 1In your vendor studio, go to Settings → Payouts.
- 2Click Connect Stripe account.
- 3Complete Stripe's onboarding — you will need your bank details, ID, and tax information.
- 4Once verified, your Stripe status shows as Active and you can publish products.
Note: Products will be paused automatically if your Stripe account becomes restricted or requires re-verification. Check your vendor settings regularly.
Vendor guidelines
- Only upload original work — you must own the copyright or have full redistribution rights.
- Products must include a working demo or preview images.
- Files must be complete and properly documented.
- Respond to buyer support tickets within 5 business days.
