Refund policy
When you can request a refund, what is covered, and how to submit a request.
Creattus offers refunds in specific circumstances. Because our products are digital assets delivered instantly, refunds are not automatic but are reviewed case by case.
When a refund is available
- The product file is missing, corrupted, or significantly different from its description.
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- You purchased the wrong license type and have not downloaded or activated the product.
- Technical issues prevented you from downloading and you contacted support within 7 days.
When a refund is not available
- You have already downloaded the product (digital supply consent accepted).
- You simply changed your mind after downloading.
- The product does not match your skill level or software version (please check compatibility before buying).
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase.
How to request a refund
- 1Go to My account → Purchases.
- 2Find the item and click Support.
- 3Select Refund request as the subject and describe the issue clearly.
- 4Our team reviews refund requests within 2 business days.
Tip: Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, try contacting the vendor via Support first — most issues are resolved quickly.
