Closing your account
What happens when you close your Creattus account and how to request deletion.
You can request to close your Creattus account at any time. Before proceeding, read what deletion means for your purchases and content.
What happens when you close your account
- You lose access to all purchased products and license keys.
- Your download history, invoices, and support tickets are deleted.
- Your reviews are anonymised and remain visible (required for marketplace integrity).
- If you are a vendor: your products are unpublished and cannot be transferred.
- Pending payouts are processed before deletion (may take up to 14 days).
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Download any invoices or license keys you need before requesting deletion.
How to close your account
- 1Go to Settings → Account → Close account.
- 2Read the confirmation message and type your email address to confirm.
- 3Click Close account permanently.
- 4Your account enters a 30-day grace period — sign in during this time to cancel the request.
- 5After 30 days, all data is deleted.
Alternatives to deletion
If you want a break from the platform, simply log out. Your account remains active but private. You can also disable vendor listings without closing your account by going to vendor studio → Settings → Pause store.
